The double-circuit station is equipped with two pumps, two working tanks volume of 100 l. and three washing heads. This type of CIP-station can be carried out washing the keg - water / alkali / acid. First, the keg is rinsed with water on the first head, then washed with alkali on the second head and washed with acid on the third head.

All knots and details of a station contacting to washing solutions are made of AISI 304 food stainless steel.

It is completed with Italian-made pumps (Ebara), ball valves of European production.

The operation of the pumps and heating solutions for the alkaline solution are controlled from an external panel.
