The unit and all valves, the pump chamber and the surfaces in contact with the product are made of food grade 304 stainless steel. All internal surfaces of the tank and the welds are polished to the required degree. The surface inside the tank is polished to a mirror finish.

Whirlpool is equipped with a powerful pump for turbulence of the wort, a viewing hatch, interior lighting, a rotary washing head with connection to a CIP-station.
